The sound of the crunch underfoot as you walk on frozen grass
The atmosphere in the lead up to christmas, everyone is so happy
The crisp clear night sky full of stars The thoughts of childhood...snowdays and no school, coming home freezing to your mum and a lovely warm house, snow fights, snowmen, sunday nights with Grandma in front of fire with our cat curled up on her lap
The excuse to watch every christmas film ever made and be able to tell the world without feeling ashamed
Evenings with the fire on and candles lit snuggled up to your beloved
The overwhelming erdge to hibernate
Winter food, pies, puddings, stew, cornbeef hash....

I do enjoy winter my self the only down side is I'm always at work when it snows so I never get to go sledging :(
